Hannah & Jonathan’s Fairytale Fall Wedding
After a day of rainfall, the skies cleared moments before Hannah & Jonathan’s ceremony. Hannah walked down the aisle in a vintage 80s wedding gown and the two high-school sweethearts finally tied the knot under the Autumn foliage, surrounded by over a hundred family and friends who had traveled to celebrate.
After the ceremony, Hannah changed into a second vintage dress before she and Jonathan joined their guests in a repurposed airplane hangar, where they danced the night away among their amazing family and friends, forming conga lines, dance circles, and even learning how to do-si-do.
While we often think of fairytales as whirlwind romances and grand adventures, Hannah & Jonathan’s wedding reminds us that sometimes, the greatest and most magical kind of love is the slow kind. Not simply the kind that sweeps us off our feet in an instant, but the kind that grows steadily alongside us. One that loves us for who we were, who we are, and who we will grow to become. From two fifteen year olds working together at Chick-fil-A to getting married, moving, and earning a pilot’s license, Hannah and Jonathan have stuck by one another, have seen each other not just for who they are, but for who they will grow to be, and have loved one another through all of it.
Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Quimby, and hears to many more years of growing alongside one another and loving each other through all of it!
