That’s why we offer services to fit each and every wedding. Vow & Valley offers planning packages ranging from luxury multi-event planning to day-of coordination, all with up-front pricing.
Vow & Valley Wedding Co. also offers officiant services! If you’re looking for a customized ceremony that reflects and honors your unique relationship, our ceremony package may be right for you.
Please Note: Each package includes a complimentary inquiry meeting as well as a contract meeting.

The Full Package
Pricing: $2,200 (Payment Plans Available)
Increasing to $4,150 in the New Year. Book by December 31st to save.
This quintessential package includes everything you need for a seamless wedding planning experience. I will be there to guide you every step of the way, from planning your budget and picking your venue, all the way down to finalizing your seating chart and setting up decor. If you’re looking for someone to manage the planning process all the way from day-one to day-of, this is the package for you.

Unlimited planning meetings, either via zoom or in person!

My goal is to help you save money! I will help you decide where best to allocate funds and help secure savings and discounts wherever possible.

I will assist with helping your vision come to live by helping you decide on the best decor and create custom decor where desired.

A good timeline can be the most important part of your day! I will coordinate with your photographer, videographer, caterer, and other vendors to help create the best timeline possible to maximize your time on your special day!

I will help manage coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotes, determining who will be the best option for your day, and booking!

I will assist with the creation and delivery of your invites, be they paper or digital, and help to set up your wedding website and send RSVP reminders.

I will manage your rehearsal, including ensuring we have electricity hookups, helping to build and manage your procession, and walking you through important ceremony moments. I will also help with any night-before setup that needs to be done!

Your wedding day shouldn’t be stressful. It’s my job to handle any stressors on your big day, including setup and teardown management (please be aware that I do not currently have the team to offer full day-of setup and teardown), vendor coordination, questions from guests and bridal party members, timeline management, and any other logistical issues that come with a wedding!

Have a Sunday brunch or afterparty planned? I’m here to help with that as well! This package includes coordination for any day-after events.

The Partial Package
Pricing: $1300 (Payment Plans Available)
Increasing to $2200 in the New Year. Book by December 31st to save.
Got most of the planning finished, but need help pulling it all together? The partial package begins 10-12 weeks out from your wedding, and is perfect for brides who have handled the major portions of planning, but want someone to help finalize details, manage last minute changes, and handle vendor coordination and communication in the last few months leading up to the wedding. You’ve worked hard through your engagement season. Let us take it from here.

This package includes five meetings, one three months out from your wedding, one two months before, two the month before, and one two weeks out. Additional meetings are available for a $50 charge.

Day-Of Package
$500 or $675 Including Rehearsal
Increasing to $975 in the New Year. Book by December 31st to save.
Also called month-of coordination, this package is built for the brides who have done the planning, but need help with the execution. Someone has to manage your day. It shouldn’t be you.
The day-of package begins 4-6 weeks out and includes timeline creation and vendor coordination, as well as up to 15 hours on the day-of.
Rehearsal coordination may be added for an additional $175.

Two planning meetings are included in this package, not including your inquiry meeting. This includes an initial meeting 5 weeks out, and a final details meeting two weeks in advance. Additional meetings are available for a $50 charge.

Weekend Of Package
Pricing: $850 (Payment Plans Available)
Increasing to $1,750 in the New Year. Book by December 31st to save.
Hosting family and friends for the weekend? Having a welcome party or going-away event? This package is for you!
Like the day-of package, it begins 4-6 weeks out from your wedding with vendor coordination and timeline creation, and includes up to 15 hours on the day of.
What sets the weekend of package apart is an additional six hours on the day before and after, for a total of 12 additional hours of coverage. This package is perfect for couples who want to make the moment last a little longer, and need someone to help make it happen.

Looking for a luxury experience?
The Luxe package offers everything in the full package, with the addition of up to five days of assistance during your wedding week, as well as planning and coordination for two celebratory events, such as a bridal shower, bachelorette, or engagement party.

Officiant Services
Pricing: $200, or $150 When Booked Alongside a Coordination Package
Looking for a custom ceremony that reflects your values and unique relationship? We’re happy to build a custom ceremony just for you!
A couple of things to note:
-If your ceremony requires extensive coordination, it may not be possible to book officiant services. I can only be in one place at a time!
-Vow & Valley Wedding Co. is primarily a coordination and planning company, and those jobs take precedent. As such, officiant services not booked alongside coordination or planning may be booked no more than six months out.

A customized script created just for the two of you, built to reflect your personal values and beliefs. This includes any traditions, unity ceremonies, or readings of your choosing. Your wedding ceremony should reflect what matters to you!

One, thirty minute meeting to discuss your custom ceremony script and plans for the event.

The full ceremony script will be provided to you the week of the wedding, so that you can request any necessary edits, as well as practice and go over the script.
