Every wedding is just as unique as the couple it honors! We offer five planning packages ranging from luxury multi-event planning to day-of coordination, all with up-front pricing.
We are also more than happy to build a custom package just for you! Please reach out with any inquiries and we would be more than happy to help!
Please Note: Each package includes a complimentary inquiry meeting as well as a contract meeting.

The Full Package
Pricing: $2,200 (Payment Plans Available)
Increasing to $4,150 in the New Year. Book by December 31st to save.
This quintessential package includes everything you need for a seamless wedding planning experience. I will be there to guide you every step of the way, from planning your budget and picking your venue, all the way down to finalizing your seating chart and setting up decor. If you’re looking for someone to manage the planning process all the way from day-one to day-of, this is the package for you.

Unlimited planning meetings, either via zoom or in person!

My goal is to help you save money! I will help you decide where best to allocate funds and help secure savings and discounts wherever possible.

I will assist with helping your vision come to live by helping you decide on the best decor and create custom decor where desired.

A good timeline can be the most important part of your day! I will coordinate with your photographer, videographer, caterer, and other vendors to help create the best timeline possible to maximize your time on your special day!

I will help manage coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotes, determining who will be the best option for your day, and booking!

I will assist with the creation and delivery of your invites, be they paper or digital, and help to set up your wedding website and send RSVP reminders.

I will manage your rehearsal, including ensuring we have electricity hookups, helping to build and manage your procession, and walking you through important ceremony moments. I will also help with any night-before setup that needs to be done!

Your wedding day shouldn’t be stressful. It’s my job to handle any stressors on your big day, including setup and teardown management (please be aware that I do not currently have the team to offer full day-of setup and teardown), vendor coordination, questions from guests and bridal party members, timeline management, and any other logistical issues that come with a wedding!

Have a Sunday brunch or afterparty planned? I’m here to help with that as well! This package includes coordination for any day-after events.

The Partial Package
Pricing: $1300 (Payment Plans Available)
Increasing to $2200 in the New Year. Book by December 31st to save.
The Partial Package begins 10-12 weeks prior to your wedding. This package is best for brides who have done most of their planning, but need help on the finer details. This package includes everything in the weekend-of package, as well as assistance with finalizing details such as floorplans and seating charts, last-minute decisions, or final vendor bookings.

This package includes four meetings, one three months out from your wedding, one two months before, one the month before, and one two weeks out. Additional meetings are available for a $50 charge.

Day-Of Package
$500 or $675 Including Rehearsal
Increasing to $975 in the New Year. Book by December 31st to save.
Also commonly called month-of coordination, the day-of package begins 4-6 weeks out from your wedding, where I will begin connecting with vendors, putting together your timeline, and handling the planning in the leadup to your big day.
On the day-of, I will be there to provide up to 15 hours of coordination and management coverage, so that you can be fully present in the moment.

Two planning meetings are included in this package, not including your inquiry meeting. This includes an initial meeting 5 weeks out, and a final details meeting two weeks in advance. Additional meetings are available for a $50 charge.

Weekend Of Package
Pricing: $850 (Payment Plans Available)
Increasing to $1,750 in the New Year. Book by December 31st to save.
Also commonly called month-of coordination, the weekend-of package begins 4-6 weeks out from your wedding, where I will begin connecting with vendors, putting together your timeline, and handling planning in the leadup to your big day.
The weekend of package includes up to fifteen hours of coverage on the day of, as well as up to six hours of coverage on the day before and the day after. This package is best for brides who are looking for setup and teardown assistance throughout the weekend, or who are having additional events such as a welcome or farewell party.

Want an upgraded, luxury experience? The Luxe package offers everything in the full package, with the addition of honeymoon planning, up to five days of assistance during your wedding week, as well as planning and coordination for two celebratory events, such as a bridal shower, bachelorette, or engagement party.
